Take it from me, so a hand I’ll lend. To inform you about a couple of tea blends. I’ll start with some chamomile and lavender for me. And for you of course mint to blend with green tea. Chamomile and Lavender, what a connection. To calm and soothe you when your anxious and stressing. Heavenly and God sent, such a blessing. Lifts your spirits good bye to depression. Cold or brewed. Steep or refrigerate. No matter how you prepare it, these combinations are great. Green tea and mint, what a refreshing twist. A cool aromatic swallow and antioxidant mix. So, remember this when considering Poetry and Tea. Because this was sent to you and it was sent to me.
