Food: Are you consuming superfoods?  These foods entail spinach, beans, sweet potatoes, salmon, fruits, nuts, whole grains and berries are rich in endless nutrients.  Ingesting and consuming nutrient dense foods enhances ones health tremendously.  There’s no official scientific definition of a superfood, but it’s generally accepted that superfoods contain high levels of much needed vitamins and minerals.

Health: Do you know that certain foods benefit and provide nutrition to specific body parts?  Take for instance ginger.  It looks like the stomach and it aids in digestion.  It’s been used for over 5,000 years to calm the stomach and cure nausea, and motion sickness.  It also slows down the growth rate of bowel tumors.

                   If it’s a good one
                   Some last for most
                   None come for some
