Food: Got fish?  What’s your preference?  Surface or bottom feeder.  That’s the great debate.  The yin and yang.  The this or that for the indecisive ones.  Well, I’m talking about those bottom feeders.  Your bottom feeders inhabit in lower levels and feed off the bottoms.  Flounder, Eel, Cod, Haddock, Bass, Grouper, Snapper and Catfish are all bottom feeders.  They all provide a certain source of B, A and E vitamins.  Also, copper, zinc, and selenium is present in these fish.  They also have a bad stigma for being at the bottom of a hierarchy, as if they’re the equivalent to the social hierarchy as humans are.  

Health:  Do you know that certain foods benefit and provide nutrition to specific body parts?  Take for instance mushrooms.  When it’s sliced in half it resembles the shape of the human ear.  They also improve hearing abilities, since they contain Vitamin D, which is healthy for bones.  Especially the three tiny bones in the ear that transmit sound to the brain.  

Motivation: Today is the day
                   I let go of all sorrows
                   Now my spirit leads the way
                   Preparing for tomorrow
