Antioxidants are in abundance.  There’s less caffeine than coffee.  It can reduce heart attack and stroke…that’s no joke.  It aids in weight loss, protects your bones and smile.  It boosts your immune system and may help battle cancer.  Drink tea, yeah that’s the answer!
