FoodSometimes I remind myself that I can get my fix for sugar from other sources.  Of course there’s your typical apple, watermelon and strawberry, but trying a variety of naturally sweetened fruits can satisfy your kick.  Substitute your basic fruits with star fish, kiwi, papaya and guavas.  Give your taste buds a natural sugar high, minus the unnecessary and unhealthy calories.  

HealthDid you know that certain foods benefit and provide nutrition to specific body parts?  Take for instance, the sweet potato is great for the pancreas.  They ironically are sweet, yet help stabilize blood sugar levels by releasing sugars gradually into the blood stream.  

MotivationI wasn’t giving my best
                    I actually gave less
                    Then a fraction
                    Of my potential
                    A mediocre living
                    That wasn’t accidental
